Usually, we use Onventis for making tenders. As a participant, mainly suppliers and service providers from our existing supplier pool are invited. If, however, we have an interesting application from a potential supplier or service provider, he can also be taken into account when inviting to tender.
Once a request for quotation has been started, participants will be notified by e-mail. This mail includes a link to the supplier portal Onventis, on which the participants can directly submit an offer. More detailed information can be found in the following supplier manual:
If your offer seems to be interesting to our purchaser after having obtained all tender results, he will contact you.
More detailed information on participation in a tender can be obtained from your contact person from purchasing.
